I am a Senior HR Leader with 25 years of corporate senior leadership experience in Private Equity, privately held , employee owned, and public companies. I am looking to take this expertise and improve your business. Experience includes partnering with corporate and field organizations in dynamic industries including energy, utility, electrical construction, lean manufacturing, paper packaging, chemical, supply chain, service, among others. I have built specialized pockets of HR expertise including PE, M&A, Scaling HR Operations, Talent Architecture & Management, Change Management, Employee & Customer Engagement, AI Ethics and Inclusion.
